As we draw closer to the official start of our 2025 wedding season, we’ve been immersed in curating those final exquisite details — meeting with our wonderful clients to finesse plans, walk through their visions, and bring every element into perfect alignment. It’s an incredibly exciting time, full of momentum and a growing sense of anticipation, as everything we’ve been dreaming and designing begins to take shape.
Here’s a little snapshot of what we’ve been up to behind the scenes at Attabara Studio this March.
Visiting Venues
Lunch at Heckfield Place
We had the glorious experience of a wedding venue tour followed by a slow, elegant lunch at Heckfield Place — a place that never fails to inspire. I absolutely adore the wholly immersive experience they create, from the gentle scent of Wildsmith Skin product in the rooms to the way the estate feels so deeply connected to the land around it.
Their pursuit of truly using the whole vegetable in their menus speaks volumes about their philosophy — thoughtful, sustainable, and quietly luxurious.
Final Walkthroughs & Key Supplier Meetings
Venue visits are an essential milestone in our clients full planning journeys, from vision setting walkthroughs, to logistical supplier meetings, this investment in pre planning ensures our signature seamless wedding delivery on the weekend itself, with all suppliers aligned and ready to bring their very excellence.
We have had the treat of visiting a magnificent selection of wedding venues in the English Countryside in March. Take a look behind the scenes.
Belcombe Court
We are thrilled to be back at Belcombe Court for two weddings this year, in true suit of our precious Belcombe weddings, each couple has devised their own unique guest journey and flow through the estate. The most glorious architecture and billowing gardens will once again provide the most beautiful backdrop to their celebrations. We revel in the logistical complexities of this venue and we have loved visiting with marquees, production, florals & catering suppliers as we finalise plans and curate these truly unique visions.
The Rectory Hotel
Hosting a maximum of six weddings per year we are so excited to be planning a summer wedding at the sumptuous Rectory Hotel. Set in the heart of the Cotswolds, with serene interiors, and a beautiful country chapel through a secret garden gate.
Wormsley Estate Walled Garden
This breathtaking Wormsley Estate walled garden is the chosen venue of one of our 2026 couples, with segmented sections, the garden offers so many possibilities to immerse guests into a truly unique experience as each chapter of the day is revealed. With so much beauty in March, we can’t wait to see the gardens in spring when borders and flower beds will be tumbling with billowing florals.
What We’ve Been Listening To
We’ve had Ludovico Einaudi’s new album on repeat in the studio lately — its delicate, emotive melodies seem to hold space for both reflection and anticipation. For me, it’s become the perfect soundtrack to the quiet, thoughtful, behind the scenes’ moments that often accompany wedding planning. There’s something about Einaudi’s music that mirrors the emotional layers of a wedding — the stillness before the celebration, the weight of meaningful choices, the quiet joy in envisioning a future.

Final March Musings
One of our wonderful clients recently shared how she’s been approaching each wedding milestone with a spirit of celebration, like you would at Christmas. From dress fittings and bridal party invitations to tastings and church meetings, she and her partner have embraced every moment, recognising that the planning itself is part of the wedding journey. It reminded me of how we often cherish the traditions in the season of Christmas, just as much as the day itself — and I absolutely adored that perspective. At Attabara Studio, we genuinely want our clients to love the planning process as much as the celebration itself. There’s so much magic to be found in the journey.
We hope you enjoyed this look behind the scenes.
With love,
