WILDERNESS RESERVE

A deliciously autumnal wedding weekend unfolded at Wilderness Reserve’s Sibton Park estate, where Adam and Meredith flew in from Hong Kong to celebrate their marriage with friends from around the world. Enchanted by the beauty of the English countryside, we crafted a wedding celebration that embraced the essence of the autumnal season while drawing inspiration from the estate’s historic interiors and the couple’s unique story.

The day began with an alfresco ceremony overlooking the rolling parkland beyond. Guests then gathered in the walled garden for a charming brunch, with cosy fire pits & burgundy floral motifs to truly infuse the beauty of autumn. Later, an elegant black-tie reception welcomed guests back to Sibton House with cocktails, crackling fires, and the joyful energy of a roaming band weaving through the formal rooms. Dinner was served in the Orangery, as the iconic drawing room wallpaper was brought to life through our tablescape, we immersed guests in trailing foliages as they feasted on a seasonally inspired menu, before the celebrations continued late into the night in the estate’s hidden basement bar.

ADAM & MEREDITH

A unique cocktail was crafted for each of the manor house’s formal rooms, creating a sense of discovery as guests moved through the house. Each drink was served from antiqued bar units and vintage consoles, designed to evoke the warmth and familiarity of an elegant gathering at home. LDN’s roaming musicians provided the soundtrack, taking requests and infusing the evening with energy and playful charm.

A deliciously atmospheric dinner was hosted in the Orangery as we transformed the space for the occasion. Rambling foliage installations trailed up the walls, immersing guests in a three-dimensional interpretation of Adam and Meredith’s favourite wallpaper from the house. Autumnal florals brought the delicate motifs to life, while a warm palette of berry tones, rose blush, and muted greens reflected the surrounding countryside. Sumptuous velvets and Oscar de la Renta plates added layers of texture and narrative—offering a subtle nod to the couple’s home in Hong Kong. Crystal glassware brought a sense of antique romance, while deep burgundy embroidery and velvet flourishes echoed the formality of the black-tie dress code.

The space glowed with the soft flicker of candlelight, as guests clinked glasses and laughter filled the room—all while the autumn rain gently fell outside.

The day began with an early morning ceremony overlooking the green pastures of The Wilderness Reserve estate, setting the tone for a truly magical celebration. Billowing florals encircled the spot where vows were exchanged, perfectly framing the breathtaking parkland beyond while creating an intimate atmosphere as guests gathered. Officiated by a close friend and accompanied by the soft melodies of a string quartet, the ceremony was deeply personal and full of heartfelt meaning.

Guests were then welcomed into the Walled Garden for a cosy, autumnal brunch. Crackling fire pits, wool blankets, and warming cocktails in hand allowed everyone to fully embrace the season. Burgundy florals danced across patterned tablecloths and spilled from flower bowls, layered with seasonal fruits and framed by sage green bars and classic wooden James chairs, blending countryside charm with refined elegance. A sumptuous autumnal palette of berry reds, sage greens, and rose pinks infused the space with warmth and richness.

After a break in the schedule for guests to retreat to their luxurious Wilderness Reserve cottages, the evening’s black-tie reception commenced at Sibton Park.
